How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Educato account directly from your account settings:

1. Go to Settings: Navigate to your Security Settings page.
2. Delete Account: Scroll down to the "Delete account" section and click the delete button.
3. Confirm Deletion: Type your email address to confirm, then click "Delete" to permanently delete your account.

Important Information About Your Data

• Data Deletion: Upon deleting your account, your personal data will be removed from our active databases.
• Backup Data Retention: Some of your data may be retained in our system backups for a limited period for operational continuity and data recovery purposes. This data will be securely erased in accordance with our data retention policy.
